I strive to create a warm environment in which my clients can feel safe and supported while we work together to improve their lives and relationships with others. Each person is unique and I tailor my therapeutic approach to be most effective to each person or family's specific needs and current life circumstances.
I use a supportive, strength based approach providing skills from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Integrative approach to help my clients improve their balance and functioning in daily life, find more fulfillment in their relationships, manage anxiety, and reduce stress. My clients benefit from my direct approach while I am also very caring about them and their well-being.

I completed both undergraduate and graduate education in Boston, where I spent the following ten years working in many different clinical environments including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential facilities for adolescents, and private practice. In 2011, I moved to Portland, OR where I worked in both private practice and non-profit outpatient organizations for 7 years. In 2019, I moved to Pennsylvania, where I currently live with my husband, our three children, and our Mastiff.
